DMC Vaults to change name as DMC International Ltd

DMC Vaults Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved the Draft Notice for the change in name of the Company from "DMC Vaults Ltd" to "DMC International Ltd".
