Ginni Filaments expansion plans to cost Rs.47.5 Crores

Ginni Filaments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved a scheme of expansion / modernisation estimated to cost Rs 47.50 crores and to issue of equity / preference shares to part finance aforesaid scheme.
