Jindal Hotels to issue warrants on preferential basis

Jindal Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 23, 2008, had discussed the matter relating to issue of warrants on preferential basis in detail and after due deliberation, it was decided by the Board members not to issue Warrants on preferential basis.
