Tata Tea Ltd has announced the following audited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006:
The Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs 1639.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 where as the same was at Rs 629.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. Total Income is Rs 3227.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 where as the same was at Rs 2795.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
The Unaudited Consolidated Results are as follows:
The Group has posted a Group Consolidated Net Profit of Rs 1940.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 where as the same was at Rs 1012.10 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. Total Income is Rs 10149.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 where as the same was at Rs 7978.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.
