Hindustan Lever members approves Scheme of Arrangement

Hindustan Lever Ltd has announced that the members at their Court convened Meeting held on October 30, 2006 have approved the Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger and transfer of certain Units of the Company to Shamnagar estates Pvt Ltd, Jamnagar Properties Pvt Ltd and Hindustan Kwality Walls Foods Pvt Ltd respectively, with requisite majority.
