Radico Khaitan to pay 6.75% dividend on CRPS

Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has approved the payment of dividend of 6.75% pa on Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPSs) of Rs 100/- each of the Company to the holders of CCPSs for the period from August 24, 2006 to September 30, 2006, as per the terms and conditions of the issue of the said of the said CCPSs.
