Gateway Distriparks Board declares interim dividend

Gateway Distriparks Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2006, inter alia, has proposed interim dividend of 15% on the Equity Capital (Rs 1.50 per equity share) for the year ending on March 31, 2007.
