Core Projects Board declares interim dividend

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, has approved / considered the following:

1. Declared an Interim Dividend of 5% on the equity share capital of the Company.

2. The Board authorized the making of an application to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd for listing of the equity shares of the Company in the said exchange.
