Ahmednagar Forgings Board recommends 20% dividend

Ahmednagar Forgings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend to its shareholders @ 20% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.
