Velox Shipping and Logistics Ltd inks agreement to invest in CCSL Dubai

Velox Shipping and Logistics Ltd has signed an agreement w.r.t. investment in Consolidated Container Shipping Line LLC Dubai (hereinafter referred to as "CCSL Dubai") for purchase of 98% stake therein following the completion of the procedural requirements.
The CCSL Dubai is engaged in providing services of cargo packaging, sea cargo services, sea shipping line agents, sea containers loading and unloading services, other related freight and logistics related activities.
In accordance with the term sheet entered into between the CCSL Dubai and the listed entity, the listed entity proposes to acquire a 98% equity stake in the CCSL Dubai, with the objective of expanding and establishing its business operations in international markets.
