Ramco Industries Board declares 50% interim dividend

Ramco Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 5/- per equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up (i.e. 50%) for the current financial year 2006-07.
