Jindal Drilling Board recommends 25% dividend

Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 25% on Equity Shares for the Accounting year ended March 31, 2006.
