Rishi Laser postpones meeting to discuss conversion of warrants

Rishi Laser Cutting Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, has postponed the matter relating to the allotment of shares on conversion of convertible warrants to the next Board Meeting.
