Nirlon to develop IT park in Goregaon

Nirlon Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, has discussed and confirmed the development of an IT Park at the Company’s Goregaon Location.

The item pertaining to the proposed sale of approx. 50 acres of MIDC land at Tarapur (presently under litigation), has after discussion, been deferred to the next Board meeting.
