Superhouse EGM approves allotment of 1964249 warrants

Superhouse Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on August 29, 2008, have approved the issue of 19,64,249 warrants @ Rs 27/- on preferential basis to the promoters / promoters group, by special resolution.

The warrants to be so issued shall have right to subscribe the equal number of equity shares of nominal value of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 17/- per share.
