Goldiam International Board declares interim dividend

Goldiam International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2006, inter alia, has decided to declare and pay interim dividend @ Re 1.00 per equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up (10%).
