Mercator Lines subsidiary to acquire 2 Dry Bulk Kansarmax Vessels

Mercator Lines Ltd has announced that the Company has through its fully owned subsidiary Mercator Lines (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.; signed a Memorandum of Agreement for acquiring 2 Nos. Dry Bulk geared Kansarmax Vessels of about DWT 84,000 each.

The Vessels are expected to join the fleet of the Company in January 2007 and June 2007.
