EID Parry Board declares interim dividend

EID Parry India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 19, 2006, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.50 (225%) per equity share of Rs 2/- each fully paid, for the financial year ending March 31, 2007.
