Hindustan Dorr EGM approves issue of bonus shares

Hindustan Dorr Oliver Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on October 27, 2006, have approved issuance of 60,00,484 equity shares as Bonus shares by capitalizing Rs 1,20,00,968 from out of the Reserves.

Further the Company has informed that, the Record Date for issuance of bonus will be decided by the Board at its meeting scheduled on October 30, 2006.
