Nettlinx to acquire Nettlinx Realty

Nettlinx Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2006 has considered and approved acquisition of entire share holding (100%) of M/s Nettlinx Realty Pvt Ltd. By this acquisition Neitlinx Realty Pvt Ltd will he become 100% subsidiary to the Company with immediate effect.

Further the Company has informed that the Director has not considered acquisition of shares in Redy Tropicals and Naturals Pvt Ltd, and the said item is deferred.
