Park Medi World Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Results: Net Profit Rises 35.2% YoY to ₹88.59 Crore; Revenue Reaches ₹475.71 Crore

Healthcare services provider Park Medi World Limited (formerly Park Medi World Private Limited; CIN: L85110DL2011PLC212901) has announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Driven by sustained growth in patient volumes and operational efficiencies across its hospital network, the company reported a 35.2% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit to ₹88.59 crore (₹885.93 million).

Revenue from Operations: Stood at ₹475.71 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 19.3% YoY growth compared to ₹398.85 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 3.3% QoQ increase over ₹460.41 crore in Q4 FY26.

Total Income: Reached ₹483.36 crore, including other income of ₹7.65 crore, up from ₹405.72 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹467.92 crore in Q4 FY26.

Profit Before Tax (PBT): Expanded to ₹105.08 crore in Q1 FY27, reflecting a 28.3% YoY rise over ₹81.90 crore in Q1 FY26 and a 1.6% QoQ increase compared to ₹103.39 crore in Q4 FY26.

Profit After Tax (PAT): Surged to ₹88.59 crore (PAT margin of 18.3%), up 35.2% YoY from ₹65.51 crore in Q1 FY26 and 15.4% QoQ from ₹76.78 crore in Q4 FY26, supported by deferred tax credits.

Profit Attributable to Owners of Parent: Stood at ₹82.51 crore, up from ₹57.98 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹70.86 crore in Q4 FY26. Non-controlling interest accounted for ₹6.09 crore.

Total Comprehensive Income: Came in at ₹88.01 crore for the quarter, compared to ₹65.43 crore in Q1 FY26.

Operating Expenditure Breakdown

Total consolidated expenses for Q1 FY27 rose to ₹378.27 crore, compared to ₹323.82 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹364.53 crore in Q4 FY26, in line with expanded healthcare operations:

Cost of Material/Service Consumed: Stood at ₹77.12 crore, compared to ₹69.94 crore in Q1 FY26.

Employee Benefits Expense: Increased to ₹92.41 crore, against ₹76.78 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹86.16 crore in Q4 FY26.

Professional and Consultancy Fees: Reached ₹75.61 crore, compared to ₹60.32 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹71.62 crore in Q4 FY26.

Other Expenses: Totaled ₹105.35 crore, compared to ₹86.79 crore in Q1 FY26.

Finance Costs: Reduced significantly to ₹9.81 crore, down 35.2% YoY from ₹15.13 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹13.98 crore in Q4 FY26, reflecting debt reduction.

Depreciation & Amortization: Stood at ₹18.84 crore, compared to ₹14.77 crore in Q1 FY26.

Share Capital & Earnings Per Share

Paid-Up Equity Share Capital: Stood at ₹86.39 crore (₹863.86 million) with a face value of ₹2 per share.

Other Equity: Total other equity excluding revaluation reserve stood at ₹1,923.65 crore (as of March 31, 2026).

Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter increased to ₹2.05 per share (not annualised), compared to ₹1.70 in Q1 FY26 and ₹1.78 in Q4 FY26.

Shares of Park Medi World Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 287.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 293.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 174298 in over 2981 trades.
