Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Announces Q1 FY27 Results

Highlights

- India Formulations revenue up by 15.5% YoY at Rs. 14,321 million
- North America revenue grew by 41.1% YoY to Rs. 10,974 million (Includes deferred outlicensing income recognition for ISB 2001)
- Europe revenue grew by 11.9% YoY to Rs.7,472 million
- Emerging Markets revenue up by 27.7% YoY to Rs. 7,304 million
- EBITDA of Rs. 8,048 million, 38.6% YoY growth, with an EBITDA margin of 20.03%
- Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 4,828 million, with PAT margin of 11.8%

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Glenmark), a research-led, global pharmaceutical company, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. For the first quarter of FY 2027, Glenmark's consolidated revenue was Rs. 40,185 million as against Rs. 32,644 million in the corresponding quarter last year, recording an overall growth of 23.1% YoY.

EBITDA was Rs. 8,048 million in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, registering 38.6% YoY growth and an EBITDA margin of 20.03%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter was Rs. 4,828 million, with a PAT margin of 11.8%.

Shares of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2233.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2191.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22582 in over 2492 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2257.15 and intraday low of 2192.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50492186.00.
