AGI Greenpac Appoints Prem Viswanathan as Vice President, Human Resources to Drive Next Phase of Growth

AGI Greenpac Limited, India's leading packaging products company and the country's most profitable glass packaging manufacturer, has appointed Mr. Prem Viswanathan as Vice President, Human Resources.

In this role, Mr. Viswanathan will lead the company's human resources function as AGI Greenpac advances its next phase of growth. His mandate spans talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, organisational capability building, and alignment of human capital strategy with long-term business objectives.

Mr. Prem Viswanathan brings 17 years of progressive human resources leadership across the FMCG, consumer goods, food and beverage, and real estate sectors. He joins AGI Greenpac from Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd. (Cremica & English Oven), where he served as Chief People Officer and was responsible for leading the HR strategy for a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Over the course of his career, he has held key HR leadership roles at leading organisations including Danone, Raymond Consumer Care, Frigorifico Allana, and Oberoi Realty. He holds an MMS in Human Resources from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management.

Shares of HSIL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 712.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 710.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6444 in over 358 trades.
