The company's growth continues to be anchored by the aggressive physical footprint expansion of its flagship retail formats, Westside and Zudio.

Key Financial Performance

The standalone financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, details a steady upward trajectory across core operations:

Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue (excluding GST) scaled to ₹5,666 crore in Q1 FY27, up from ₹4,781 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, registering a clean 19% growth.

Merchandise Sales: Revenue derived purely from the sale of merchandise (excluding other operating income) matched this performance, growing symmetrically by 19% during the quarter.

Retail Network and Format Expansion

Trent's fast-fashion and lifestyle pipeline expanded its physical footprint across domestic and international markets during the April-June quarter. As of June 30, 2026, the company's retail network reached a cumulative total of 1,312 stores.

The distribution and net additions across Trent's core retail formats include:

Zudio: The value-fashion format continues to dominate the portfolio with 982 stores globally, which includes 7 operational outlets in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Trent executed a net addition of 19 new Zudio stores during the first quarter.

Westside: The flagship premium lifestyle concept stood at 301 stores, following a net addition of 1 new store during the quarter.

Other Lifestyle Concepts: The remaining network comprises 29 stores distributed across the company's alternative retail and lifestyle pilots.
