Schaeffler India Limited, the leading motion technology company, today announced that its manufacturing plants in Maneja and Savli have received BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) license, marking a significant first for the Cylindrical Roller Bearings (CRB) for the company and for the bearings industry in India.
The Maneja and Savli plants have been awarded the BIS license for Cylindrical Roller Bearings (CRB) which is the first in the Indian Bearing Industry while they have also received BIS license for Deep Groove Ball Bearings (DGBB) for both these locations.
The certifications underscore Schaeffler India's commitment to quality, manufacturing excellence, and adherence to the highest industry standards. They also reinforce the company's efforts to support India's evolving quality framework while strengthening customer confidence in locally manufactured bearing solutions.
