Sportking India Ltd commences Commercial Operations of Solar Power Project

Pursuant to Sportking India Ltd's Solar Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA) with M/s Evincea Renewable Seven Private Limited (a Special Purpose Vehicle) for the generation and supply of solar power to the Company's facilities in Punjab, the said solar power project has successfully commenced Commercial Operations with effect from today i.e. 18th June 2026.

This marks a significant milestone in the Company's ongoing commitment towards sustainable growth, enhanced energy efficiency, and increased adoption of renewable energy sources. The commissioning of the project is expected to generate substantial long-term benefits for the Company and is projected to reduce the Company's power costs by approximately 12-13% annually.

In addition to strengthening operational efficiencies, the project reinforces the Company's environmental and social objectives by reducing its carbon footprint and increasing the share of clean energy in its overall power consumption. The successful commissioning of this project reflects the Company's continued focus on creating sustainable value for all stakeholders while optimizing operating costs and enhancing competitiveness.
