BRRL's step-down subsidiary Parth Construction makes sales of Rs 143 crore

B-Right RealEstate Limited's (BRRL) (BSE SME: 543543) ("the Company") its step-down subsidiary M/s. Parth Construction has entered into an agreement with M/s. Keystone Realtors Limited for sale of FSI / PTC.

As per this agreement, the transaction contemplates sales of total 176 units admeasuring 8,800.74 Sq meters. for total consideration aggregating to Rs. 143,45,20,620/- (Rupees One Hundred FortyThree Crores Forty-Five Lacs Twenty Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Only).

Ambika Nagar is a landmark SRA redevelopment project in Jogeshwari East, spread across over 10,223 sq. mtrs. and strategically located within 500 meters of the Western Express Highway. The project offers well-planned affordable housing units (PTC) and is expected to be completed by March 2028.

Till date, the project has achieved pre-sales of approximately Rs. 506.73 Crore. Phase 1 of the project is sold out, reflecting strong market acceptance. The encouraging sales momentum underscores the project's appeal and supports its continued growth trajectory.

Shares of B-Right Realestate Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 949.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 955.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 800 in over 4 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 968.00 and intraday low of 901.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 753400.00.
