Sahana System Limited board to consider bonus issue

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Sahana System Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday, June 22, 2026, to consider and approve the proposal for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.

Shares of Sahana System Ltd was last trading at Rs. 941, up by Rs. 72.05 or 8.34% from previous day's close of Rs. 863.95.

The market is expecting a liberal bonus from the company and further corporate actions like migration to main board. The company had earlier announced very good results on May 31, 2026 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
