NLC India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The board of directors of NLC India Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of 2.50% (i.e. Rs.0.25 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to C&AG Audit and approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The details of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books/Record date and date on which the said Final dividend shall be paid/dispatched will be intimated in due course after fixing the date of Annual General Meeting.
