Bharti Hexacom Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 18

The Board of directors of Bharti Hexacom Limited has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 18/- per fully paid-up equity share of face value Rs. 5/- each; for the financial year 2025-26.

The above final dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), shall be credited within 30 days from the date of AGM. The record date for determining the members entitled to receive the dividend shall be announced in due course.
