Tata Motors Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Tata Motors Limited (formerly TML Commercial Vehicles Limited) at its Meeting held today has recommended declaration of final dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 2 each (@ 200%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid to the eligible shareholders on or before July 2, 2026.

Shares of Tata Motors Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 384.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 387.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1509575 in over 37020 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 392.95 and intraday low of 378.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 581151036.00.
