Syrma SGS Technology Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Syrma SGS Technology Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share (15%) of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The Company shall inform in due course the date on which it will hold the AGM for the year ended March 31, 2026.
