Monika Alcobev Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Monika Alcobev Limited has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10 each (i.e. 10% of face value of equity share) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 4th Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The above dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration.

The record date for determining entitlement of the Members to final dividend shall be intimated in due course.
