Hero MotoCorp Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 75

The board of directors of Hero MotoCorp Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend @ 3,750% i.e. Rs. 75/- per share (face value of Rs. 2/- per equity share), subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The payment of dividend will be completed within 30 days of declaration at the ensuing 43rd AGM.
