Energy in Motion Ltd commissions operations at Nhava Sheva Freeport Container Terminal

Ravindra Energy Limited's associate entity Energy in Motion Limited (EIM) begins commercial operations at India's Largest Battery Swapping and Charging Station for Heavy Vehicles.

Mumbai, India - Reinforcing its leadership in sustainable mobility, Energy In Motion Limited (EIM) has begun commercial operations at India's Largest Battery Swapping and Charging Station for Heavy Vehicles at the Nhava Sheva Freeport Container Terminal within Jawaharlal Nehru Port, Nhava Sheva.

Built to serve the growing demand for zero-emission logistics, the state-of-the-art automated station can serve upwards of 160 heavy electric vehicles (EV) per day with its installed power capacity of 3 MW; ensuring seamless operations and reduced downtime. Over 130+ EIM-Foton make EVs already operational at the port have begun availing the service.

This strategic deployment further strengthens India's clean logistics ecosystem while demonstrating EIM's commitment to innovation-led EV infrastructure development.
