Omax Autos Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 2.5

The board of directors of Omax Autos Ltd has approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.5/- (25%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each, out of the profits of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.

The Board has fixed 08 May, 2026 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.

Shares of Omax Autos Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 129.81 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 131.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9813 in over 389 trades.
