Atlanta Electricals Ltd receives order worth Rs. 190 crores

Atlanta Electricals Limited (NSE, BSE: ATLANTAELE), a leading manufacturer of power transformers, has won a Rs 190 crore order from the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN) for the supply of 53 units Power Transformers.

As per the Notification of Award received from RVPN, the order consists of supply of 53 units of 50 MVA 132/33 KV Power Transformers along with 53 Nitrogen Injection Fire Prevention and Extinguishing System (NIFPES) with an aggregate order value of approximately Rs. 190 crore.

It highlights the breadth of our product portfolio across the transmission segment and shall improve capacity utilisation across our manufacturing facilities, further strengthening our engagement with state utilities and supporting India's grid modernisation," said Mr. Niral Patel, Chairman and Managing Director, Atlanta Electricals Limited.

The rate contract by RVPN has been awarded for a period of two years, with provision for extension in line with the terms of the bid document. The supply is to be executed as per the technical specifications and commercial terms outlined by RVPN under the relevant bid reference.

This order further strengthens Atlanta Electricals' presence in the domestic Power transmission segment and reinforces its capability to deliver high-capacity, technically advanced power transformers to leading state utilities.

Shares of Atlanta Electricals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1754.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1813.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3702 in over 408 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1890.00 and intraday low of 1725.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6517460.00.
