WAAREE Energies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of WAAREE Energies Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of Rs. 10 each at the rate of 20% for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
