AWL Agri Business Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of AWL Agri Business Ltd has at its meeting held today recommended final dividend of Rs. 1 (100%) per equity share of Rs. 1 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
