Prataap Snacks Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Prataap Snacks Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (i.e. 10 %) on equity shares of face value of Rs. 5.00 each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and other requisite approvals, if any. The dividend will be paid/dispatched within the prescribed time, post approval of the Shareholders. Record Date for same will be intimated in due course.
