Websol Energy System Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of Directors of Websol Energy System Limited at its meeting held on Monday, 27th April, 2026, has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.25 for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 on Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each subject to the approval of members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
