Hexaware Technologies Ltd declares 1st interim dividend of Rs. 8.50

The Board of Directors of Hexaware Technologies Limited through circular resolution on April 27, 2026, have declared 1st Interim dividend of ₹ 8.50/- (850%) per equity share of ₹ 1/- each for the financial year 2026.

The Record date for ascertaining the list of shareholders entitled for the first interim dividend, shall be May 05, 2026, and the payment date of the said interim dividend shall be May 15, 2026.
