Adani Total Gas Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.25

The Board of directors of Adani Total Gas Limited has recommended Dividend of Rs. 0.25/- (Rupees twenty-five paisa only) per Equity Share of face value of Re.1/- each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

The Company has fixed Friday, June 12, 2026 as 'Record Date' for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive Dividend of Rs. 0.25/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 1/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2025-26. The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or after June 26, 2026, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable.

Shares of Adani Total Gas Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 636.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 627.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 466851 in over 8410 trades.
