UltraTech Cement Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 240

The Board of Directors of UltraTech Cement Limited ("the Board") at its meeting held on Monday, 27th April, 2026, has recommended dividend of 2400% at the rate of Rs. 240 per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the year ended 31st March, 2026, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

Shares of UltraTech Cement Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12013.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12010.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21508 in over 6638 trades.
