Sterling Tools Partners with China's Nanjing Haohang to Develop ARAS for India's Two-Wheeler Industry

Sterling Tools Limited (BSE: 530759 | NSE: STERTOOLS), a leading automotive components and technology provider, has entered into a Technology Collaboration Agreement (TCA) and Supply Agreement (SA) with Nanjing Haohang, a China-based developer of Advanced Rider Assistance Systems (ARAS). Developed specifically for two-wheelers, ARAS function similarly to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) in cars, leveraging sensors, software and control systems to provide real-time alerts and assist riders in avoiding potential hazards.

Under the agreement, Sterling Tools will lead the local development, system adaptation, manufacturing and sales of ARAS for the Indian market. The collaboration will leverage Haohang's proven technology platform alongside Sterling Tools' deep understanding of the Indian automotive market, enabling automakers to deploy production-ready safety systems at scale.

Shares of Sterling Tools Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 256.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 245.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4390 in over 170 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 269.80 and intraday low of 243.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1115599.00.
