Avantel Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.20

The board of directors of Avantel Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Re.0.20/- per equity share of face value Rs. 2/- each (i.e., 10%) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The dividend, if approved, shall be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members / beneficial owners as on June 12, 2026.
