Signatureglobal India Ltd executes sales deeds for sale of lands

Signatureglobal India Ltd has executed two Sale Deeds today i.e. 24th April, 2026 to purchase the lands admeasuring approximately 0.8104 Acres and 0.4698 Acres respectively, which is approximately 1.28 acres in total, situated at Sector-71 on Southern peripheral Road, Village Fazilpur Jharsa, Tehsil Badshahpur & District Gurugram, Haryana.

These land parcels, form part of the total land in collaboration admeasuring 4.26 acres informed earlier and the Company will acquire remaining land parcel admeasuring 2.98 acres in coming time.

The total lands admeasuring 1.28 acres have an overall potential developable area of approximately 0.10 million square feet.

Shares of Signatureglobal India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 838.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 856.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20165 in over 622 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 859.20 and intraday low of 829.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16969802.00.
