Atul Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 30

The Board of Directors of Atul Ltd proposed dividend of ₹ 30 (Rupees Thirty only) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2026 which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 31, 2026.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from July 18, 2026, to July 24, 2026 (both days inclusive) and accordingly the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the members to receive the dividend is July 17, 2026.

After the approval by the members at the AGM, date for payment of dividend will be on or after August 05, 2026.

Shares of Atul Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6692.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 6723.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11586 in over 2496 trades.
