Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd enters into MoU for strategic Clinical Collaboration

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited ("KIMS") has entered into a non-commercial brand association agreement with Dakshayani Healthcare Services Private Limited ("Renova"), a specialized oncology organization with proprietary clinical protocols and expertise in cancer research and academic supervision and has extensive experience in managing cancer centers across India.

Under this arrangement, both KIMS and RENOVA will collaborate on a mutual, noncommercial basis, wherein RENOVA will be sharing its clinical expertise, knowledge, and best practices in Oncology care with KIMS. The association is intended to strengthen healthcare delivery standards, particularly in Oncology services, and enhance patient care outcomes.

Renova will enhance its brand positioning through association with Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, while Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences will benefit from and foster the collaborative development of clinical protocols and treatment methodologies with Renova, creating a mutually reinforcing partnership in advancing oncology care.

The association is expected to contribute positively to the overall service quality and reputation of the Company.
