Dynamic Cables Limited (DCL) has entered into a Manufacturing Agreement with TS Conductor Corp, USA.
TS Conductor Corp (TS), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the United States of America, having its principal place of business at 15282 Newsboy Circle, Huntington Beach, California 92649, United States of America. TS manufactures advanced, high-efficiency power transmission lines using their patented Aluminum Encapsulated Carbon Core (AECC) that can significantly increase grid capacity without requiring new infrastructure. These conductors are lighter, stronger, and reduce line loss by up to 50%.
TS grants to DCL a limited, non-transferable, nonassignable, and non-sublicensable license to use TS Designs and Intellectual Property at the DCL Facility/Plant for the purpose of Manufacturing approved HTLS conductor - TS® Conductor. The Aluminum Encapsulated Composite Core is to be supplied by TS in accordance with the Agreement.
Dynamic Cables Limited (DCL) shall use Encapsulated Core supplied by TS or a third Party authorized by TS, for the purpose of Manufacturing High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) Carbon Core Conductors to be marketed as TS® Conductor in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
This Agreement is entered for a period of twelve (12) months agreement shall automatically renew for two successive terms of 12 months each subject to mutual consent of the TS and DCL.
The above technology arrangement will enable the DCL to offer products in the fast growing HTLS conductors market and to develop business from entities such as Power Grid, State Transcos, Railways and renewable energy developers.
